  1.         INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT 
  2.     IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE COPYING, INSTALLING OR USING. 
  3. Do not use or load this software and any associated materials (collectively, the 
  4. "Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. 
  5. By loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you 
  6. do not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.
  7.  
  8. SPECIAL NOTES.  This is "trial" Software which is in preliminary release form and may 
  9. not be fully functional.  This Software will expire on September 30, 1998 and will 
  10. thereafter become inoperable.
  11.  
  12. The video phone software included in this Software is designed to automatically register 
  13. you with an Internet directory service.  Registration facilitates making and receiving 
  14. Internet video and telephone calls.  Please see "Help" in the Software if you wish to 
  15. turn off the automatic registration feature.
  16.  
  17. LICENSE. You may copy the Software onto a single computer for your personal, 
  18. noncommercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to 
  19. these conditions: 
  20. 1.  You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the Software
  21.     except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthorized 
  22.     copying of the Software.
  23. 2.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. 
  24. 3.  You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more than one 
  25.     user.
  26. 4.  The Software may contain the software and other property of third party suppliers, 
  27.     some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with, an enclosed 
  28.     "license.txt" file or other text or file. 
  29. 5.  Your license expires upon the Software expiration date of September 30, 1998.

  31. OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software 
  32. remains with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the 
  33. laws of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisions. You 
  34. may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make changes to the 
  35. Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time without notice, but is not 
  36. obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherwise expressly provided, 
  37. Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel patents, copyrights, trademarks, 
  38. or other intellectual property rights. You may transfer the Software only if the 
  39. recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms and if you retain no copies of the 
  40. Software.

  42. LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY.  If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical 
  43. media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a period 
  44. of ninety days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found, return the media 
  45. to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software as Intel may select.

  47. EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE 
  48. SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED 
  49. WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
  50. NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  52. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE 
  53. LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
  54. LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING 
  55. OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS 
  56. BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS 
  57. PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
  58. OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION 
  59. MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT 
  60. VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

  62. TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time 
  63. if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the 
  64. Software or return all copies of the Software to Intel.
  65.  
  66. APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws 
  67. of Delaware, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Nations 
  68. Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Software in 
  69. violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obligated under 
  70. any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an authorized 
  71. representative of Intel.

  73. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED 
  74. RIGHTS." Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  75. restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its 
  76. successor. Use of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of 
  77. Intel's proprietary rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel
